Where can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order and track its delivery in the email that was sent to you that contains your tracking number.
How do I return a product?
You can return your online purchase within 30 days of your delivery. Please consult our return policy for more details.
(I) RETURN • EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Returns or exchanges of CAMILA NAVARRETE products (PRODUCTS) eligible to return (AS DEFINED IN THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF CAMILA NAVARRETE) are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the products.
The right of return / exchange does not apply to orders of (I) Personalized Products, such as monogrammed products (II) Products made to measure or with your specifications; (III) Products that can be easily damaged; or for hygiene reasons (such as swimsuits, underwear, bodysuits), (V) Any other product that you have been informed at the time of sending your order cannot be returned (“NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON THIS PRODUCT).
Exchanges are only accepted for the same product (same price) in a different size / color. If you wish to receive a different product or the same product in a different color instead, you will first have to return your product for a refund as long as the product is evaluated & in perfect condition. You can then place a new order online for the desired product.
The products must be returned in their original condition, (WITHOUT alterations, WITHOUT use and WITHOUT damages), in their original packaging, with the original labels added with all accessories, documents and product protection certificates included.
Returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn or damaged products will not be accepted and at that time they will be returned to you.
(II) RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS
For product returns, you must first inform us of your intention to exchange or return a product. To this end, you can:

You will receive an email confirming your request for return or exchange. Follow the instructions below to return the product to the address that will be provided:
Wrap the product (s) you want to return or exchange securely to avoid any damage. Products are required to be shipped in the form you received them and then within the shipping box in which you received your order.
The customer must send an email with the following information for their return regarding the products: Size, returned quantity, sub total value & total value of the items sent, return authorization number & package tracking code.

(III) REFUNDS • EXCHANGE
Upon receipt of a product for which an exchange or return has been requested, an inspection of the product will be carried out to ensure that the exchange conditions specified above are met. Once the product is approved and meets the conditions, an exchange or refund could be made.
The refund will be made to the original purchaser, in the form of the original payment and in the same currency that the purchase was made. It will be done by bank transfer in case the payment has been in cash.
You will receive an email that your request has been approved and refunds will be made within 20 days after the product ha been returned.
